getting THE NETWORK information:

Once we receive this completed form from you, we will add you to our Network of Former Volunteers listserv.
You will receive an email from Yahoo Groups confirming your subscription. To get started, all you have to do is email the listserv with your question, suggestion, event, or you can just introduce yourself to the group. Get in touch with other formers in the Network to organize gatherings, find out about local events, find a roommate or help with a job search, learn about good parishes... or whatever!

Important: If you relocate, please be sure to contact us with your new information!

NETWORK MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT:

To participate in the Network of Former Volunteers and Missioners, you must provide us with your "online signature"
by leaving the word "YES" in the box below. By doing this, you grant us permission to include you in the Network,
and second, you promise that you will not use the names and other information provided through the Network for
solicitation of funds or advertising. Conversely, we pledge to use the list only to help former volunteers and never
for fundraising or for supporting other causes, however valuable in themselves.
